About Bismuth Bi powder:

How is Bismuth Bi-Powder made ?
For bismuth powder production, it is better to use fresh prepared A-Bi2O3. To do this, reduce the solution with a mix of molecular and atomic hydrogen at 220C. A reduction reaction between a-Bi2O3 and a-3-Bi took place, without any intermediate phase.
Bismuth powder may also be produced using such methods as mechanical comminution and electrolysis at high current densities of nitrate or sulfate solution, electrolysis with methyl alcohol and glacial acid of BiCl3, and electrolysis with BiBr3 in A1Cl3.
