China's non-manufacturing purchasing managers index for March was released by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and the Service Industry Survey Center of the National Bureau of Statistics today.  China's non-manufacturing business activity index was 48.4%, down 3.2 percentage points from the previous month.
